Job Description


  • Helping to develop and implement a customer service policy for an entire organization.
  • Finding ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services.
  • Managing a team of customer services staff.
  • Be able to have strong communication skills in dealing with people
  • Handling face-to-face inquiries from customers.
  • Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems
  • Handling customer complaints, solve problems and ensure to provide exceptional quality services to customers and residents or any major incidents.
  • Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use.
  • Improving customer service procedures, policies and standards for organization or department.
  • Meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service.
  • Other tasks assigned by management

Job Requirement

  • Hold Bachelor degree or Master degree in Business Administration or a similar fields;
  • ave one or more years of working experience in real estate/private Company;
  • Have strong customer service, facilitate/communication, negotiation and problem solving skills or related experience
  • Good oral and written in English and Chinese, Japanese is a plus
  • Good documentation Skill;
  • Good computer literacy especially MS Office;
  • High commitment and be able to work under pressure;
  • Able to work at weekend (Off day will be arranged among weekday)
