Job Description

  • Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Cooks to prepare meals during our dining hours.
  • Maintain accurate food inventories.
  • Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures.
  • Rotate stock items as per established procedures.
  • Restock kitchen for subsequent shift.
  • Ensure that the food prepares and a kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift.
  • Present food or beverage information or menus to customers.

Job Requirement

  • Have experience at least 1 year up with related work.
  • Can cook Chinese food
  • Friendly, responsibility, flexible, honest, hard -working, confidential.
  • Good command of spoken and written in English or Chinese.
