Job Description

  • Responsible for overall of activities relate with restaurant such as planning, control, coordination and supervisor team
  • Responsible for recruiting staff, motivating and coaching.
  • Working with the Operation Manager to hit both financial and managerial targets and requirements.
  • Make sure to meet the customers’ expectation and resolve customer complaints regarding food quality and service when occurred.
  • Dealing with staffing issues.
  • Motivating, managing and training employees.
  • Managing high-end customer relations.
  • Training new staff on restaurant standards and services.
  • Management stock for smooth operation.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management or related field.
  • At least 2 years experience as an Operations Manager or Restaurant Manager.
  • Working with premium or high-end restaurant is a plus
  • Strong communication, service and leadership skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written in Chinese and English is a plus
  • Effective decision making and problem solving skills.
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Open-minded and flexible with a can–do attitude.
  • Honest, reliable, loyalty and positive manner/attitude
