Job Description

  • Ensure quality and process standards meet client specifications
  • Document control and coordinating departmental meetings
  • Effectively communicate quality expectations to team members and stakeholders
  • Monitor progress of projects, identify problems impeding progress, and participate in their resolution
  • Prepare reports, updates and feedback to Management and Departments
  • Provide leadership and vision to the organization by assisting senior leadership with meeting productivity and quality goals
  • Compile and complete detailed reports on all product inspections, defects, repairs and other immediate corrective actions
  • Maintain and improve product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance and surveillance audits; investigate customer complaints; collaborate with other team members
  • Coordinate flow of goods through inspection process to final disposition
  • Effectively communicate with departmental leaders to allow for efficient and accurate movement of merchandise throughout all QC-based initiatives
  • Ensure all products are checked, qualified and labelled appropriately from vendor for compliance
  • Identify and manage all issues and follow through to resolution
  • Communicate QC initiatives and alerts to interdepartmental teams and gather related feedback
  • Maintain effective communications and relationships with network team as well as onsite leadership, to include reports, photos, and various presentations as necessary.
  • Apply sound communication and motivational techniques in supervising and coaching associates
