Job Description

  • Create and update database to pool candidates and clients in TCF
  • Search candidates
  • Consult candidates on preparing CV and interview
  • Make report sheet of candidate interview, Introduction sheet
  • Discuss with staffs and manager to choose some of candidates for introducing appropriate candidates
  • Share the candidates’ information (Introduction sheet and CV) with the client
  • Arrange interview for candidate and client and follow them up until labor contract is made
  • Support candidate and client until candidate will start to work
  • Try his/her best to solve any problem on timely basis with his/her supervisor
  • Report the progress of his/her activities to his/her supervisor

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA, or equipment combination of education and experience
  • Language: English spoken, written, listened and read - Have work experience for over 2 years in HR department
  • Knowledge of HR
  • Computer literacy: Word, Excel, PowerPoints
  • Problem solving skills: Anticipates problems, invites ideas, distinguishes symptoms from causes, modified proposals, and implements solutions.
  • Interested of HR and education for Cambodian staff and companies
  • Can work under the pressure
  • Can management your own task
  • Can work and finish your task on time or earlier
