Job Description

  • Coordinate Group Training and Development Program, ensuring all trainings are conducted as plan
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for training services provided to staff
  • Supervise and monitor ongoing trainings to ensure they are moving on smoothly in alignment with company’s procedures and policies
  • Support the development of training framework and curriculum for the company
  • Support the development of Training plan and budget
  • Manage training documentations to ensure key learnings and best practices are properly documented
  • Other tasks as per assigned.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in Education or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experiences in Capacity Building and Staff Development
  • The ability to work and coordinate with various stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Good knowledge of training/capacity building service providers in the country and internationally
  • The ability to plan and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to communicate information effectively
  • Good knowledge of English, both writing and speaking
