Job Description

  • To review customer purchase order prior to issuance of Job Order.
  • To issue quotation and artwork confirmation to customer.
  • Record about the PO & JO that receive before pass to Planning.
  • Follow up the JO status on the production planning and the delivery due date.
  • To prepare delivery orders and invoices for completed jobs.
  • To liaise with other departments when there is a quality issue.
  • Control of products delivery and customer quality complaint follow up.
  • Prepare monthly invoice to customer.
  • To issue Goods Return Note, amendment request, spec change request & etc.
  • Filling the paper works.

Job Requirement

  • Male Or Female
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Fluent both English & Chinese
  •  Good communition
  • Experience or fresh
  • Full time, 8hours/day & 6 days/week
  • Computer MS Word, Excel.
