Job Description

The Digital Content Specialist takes initiative and provides creative ideas.  This role implements the company’s digital marketing strategies. He/she processes consumer and customer complaints, which arrive via e-mail, Company's websites and social media.


  1. Visual and written content is fresh, impressive and appropriate for the intended audience.Pictures and videos are produced and edited with an eye for what it takes to create captivating images. Proactively proposes ideas; initiates and creates compelling visual and written content.
  2. Brand awareness and brand familiarity are increasing significantly.  There is frequent publication of content, including videos, images and posts to Company’s social media channels. Content is on-strategy for each brand, depending on its objectives, positioning, personality and target audience.
  3. Published content generates high consumer response rate and engagement. Responses to customers and consumers’ inquiries and activities is on-time. Consumer and customer complaints received, via e-mail, Company website and Facebook, are responded to appropriately and according to safety and quality standards and procedures.
  4. Company website attracts and acquires customers. Website content and information are up-to-date. This also includes the creation of website articles with supporting graphics, video, photos, and audio. Simplify the better way for customers to reach out the site through various digital devices. Getting the word out in the digital space about Company’s brands and products.
  5. Editorial calendar is current, and deadlines are achieved.  Content is posted per the editorial calendar – for example: to take advantage of holidays and brand activation events.
  6. Digital media results are analyzed. Online marketing activities are analyzed quantitatively and/or qualitatively to determine success rate and opportunities for improvement.  May collaborate with others in analyzing data.
  7. Internal customers are satisfied. Success is achieved by collaborating with all related departments on the execution of the work.
  8. Feedback and Communication Systems are functioning. Problems are identified and reported, escalating to management as needed.

Job Requirement

  • Experienced (minimum 4 years of job-related experience)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia/Professional Design/IT or comparable experience
  • MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, Audition)
  • Website technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Laravel, WordPress)
  • Helpful, Forthright, Self-Motivated, Curious, Creative, Adaptable
