Job Description

  • Support the development of HR Strategies and planning
  • Closely working with Country HR Director to put in policy development and implementation
  • To ensure pay and benefits design are in place and stay competitive
  • Being as HR Business Partner to Sales functions to support and ensure capability development to support sales strategies and work closely with the sales team to ensure HR related issues are handled timely.

Job Requirement

  • 6-9 Years of HR experience with at least 3-4 Years of training experience
  • Problem solving
  • Perform analysis and recommendations but decisions escalated
  • Set up new programs and ongoing operations and works within global processes
  • Experiences in team management & client management with a strong interpersonal skill
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong commitment and able to work under pressure
  • Able to travel frequently
  • Very good at reporting
