Job Description

  • Providing end-to-end project managements
  • Preparing and overseeing projects’ budgets
  • Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
  • Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues
  • Delivering projects on time and ensuring their quality standards
  • Preparing reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information
  • Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget
  • Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients
  • Obtaining client acceptance of project deliverables
  • Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements

Job Requirement

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in a related field is preferred
  • Efficient knowledge of both written and spoken English
  • Proven experience in project management
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, team and time management skills
  • Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion
  • Ability to work under pressure, change directions when required, work on a range of client projects simultaneously and identify business opportunities
  • Able to complete projects in a timely manner
  • Effective problem-solving skill
  • Budget management experience
  • Self-motivated but can also shine as part of a team
