Job Description

  • Develop a Training Curriculum regarding to the policy and hand
  • Identify training and development needs within an company through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with managers, stakeholders and human resources departments;
  • Work closely with HR and stakeholders to make sure Training curriculum and record are up to date and each employee receive the right training base on their KPIs
  • Design and expand training and development programmes based on the needs of the company and the individual;
  • Work in a team to produce programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in a company, such as line managers, and stakeholders;
  • Consider the costs of planned programmes and keep within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development programme is becoming increasingly important;
  • Produce training materials for in-house courses;
  • Manage the delivery of training and development programmes and, in a more senior role, devise a training strategy for the company;
  • Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers;
  • Evaluate training and development programmes;
  • Amend and revise programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment;
  • Help line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups;
  • Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses; and
  • Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree in Management, Business Administrative, or other related fields;
  • At least two years' experiences in training or relevant;
  • Integrity, commitment, team work, dynamic, good interpersonal and communication skill;
  • Good commend in English (speaking, writing and listening);
  • Good computer knowledge (MS. Office, Internet & Email); good at slide power point
  • Good at critical thinking, problem solving, planning and organizational and time management skills;
  • Good attitude and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
