  • Job Description
Ensures top quality maintenance in all areas within the Resort. Supervise and train all Housekeeping staff to offer fine maid service and comfortable guestrooms to every guest at all times. Establish a standardized execution of Housekeeping duties in accordance to the highest standards upheld by the Resort.
  • Job Requirements
Establish “Cleanliness standard” to satisfy guest at all the areas in the resort
Institute “Task Sequence”,” Cleaning Procedure” and “Efficient Cleaning Schedule” in order to carry out high quality maintenance for each guestroom.
Arrange Housekeeping staff effectively. Make the training plan according to individual capabilities and bring up staff through practical work.
Inspect all areas of the Resort regularly. Have a thorough and updated knowledge of the maintenance conditions of Resort facilities and furniture at all times. Check the cleaning level. When necessary, take the proper actions.
Keep good open communications with the GM, RM and every department head to ascertain a smooth and efficient Housekeeping operation. In particular, keep close communication with Engineering and Maintenance; make the effective plan for repair work and P.M.P in order to prevent ensuing difficulties regarding resort facilities.
Monitor and instigate effective control mechanisms on all Housekeeping costs, cleaning equipments, room linen, F&B linen, uniforms and guest-amenities. “Cost Saving” must be prioritized by all Housekeeping staff. 
Prepare a “Housekeeping Procedure” guideline. Implement and control Housekeeping procedures including Lost & Found, key control, Security and emergency procedures, health and safety for employees and guests.
Supervise contractors and linen suppliers and negotiate for the quality, cost, and service.
Maintain appropriate standard of clothing, Hygiene, uniforms, appearance, posture and conduct of department employees.
Conduct regular departmental meetings.
Monitor and control inventories for operating equipment, linen and uniforms to ensure par stocks are maintained and costs are controlled.
Identify training needs of all Housekeeping staff, develop formal training plans, and implement training sessions.
Collect and educate oneself with the newest information and techniques regarding Housekeeping work. When necessary, will propose to the General Manager ways to introduce these new techniques or materials.
