  • Job Description
- Maintains the work structure by updating jobs requirements and jobs descriptions for all positions;
-​​ Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection;
- Draft personnel policy
- Conduct the staff assessment and prepare the staff assessment report semi-annually and annually
- Proposed the annual capacity building program for whole staff member by using the result from staff assessment;
- Maintain and update company profile and keep good image of the company with the public through various media like website, leaflet, company profile book… as well as participating relevant event;
- Maintaining and keep the record of all staff members;
- Coordinate the all internal meeting in the company;
- Work closely with all project manager to maintain effective administrative tasks of the company;
- Maintain good relationship with relevant ministries and client to ensure that all project go smoothly;
- Maintain good relation among all staff and handle employee grievances;
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource management related requirement of the Kingdom of Cambodia;
- Maintain office management including office safety and conduct the assessment of office on a regular basis
- Prepare Admin and HR report on a regular basis and as required
- Prepare necessary guideline and rule to ensure best staff’s performance and smooth administration work of the company
- Perform other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor or the MD
  • Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree of law, business administration, or equivalent degree
- At least 3 year experience in this position with private sector
- Good command of spoken and written Khmer and English
- High energy/ability to drive results
- Hardworking, honest, respectful, flexible and friendly
- Good communication, accountability and teamwork
- Positive work attitude including willing to work longer hours during periods and is able to travel to province
- Computer skill in MS Words, MS Excel, Internet and Email
