Ø Lead the identification and development of improved recruitment and retention approaches;
Ø Prepare and announce the jobs vacancies; follow up of the application to find the best suitable employees;
Ø Work closely with other departments on all staff matters;
Ø Make sure the team work at the best of his abilities;
Ø Appraise and coordinate staff performance (probation, mid-year and yearly) by cooperating with department managers;
Ø HR planning for staff recruitment and selection.
Ø Follow up working agreements, vacations schedule and leaves records;
Ø School activities for the employees in order to keep a high level of standards and a good general working atmosphere in the team;
Ø Develop and keep up-date staff profile;
Ø Provide human resources leadership and management across departments;
Ø Staff’ counseling to deal with complaining, grievances, and disputes of staff
Ø Welcome new employees and orientate them with regards to company vision, mission, school regulations, policies and procedures;
Ø Work with managers to identify themes for staff development that could be provided in-house or through external opportunities;
Ø Provide coaching, mentoring and encouragement to HR & Admin staff;
Ø Deliver appreciate training to staff bases on resources and appreciate time;
Ø Ensure that the evaluation is a timely, useful tools for managers to improve staff performance, and identify opportunities for staff development;
Ø Manage and coordinate employment contracts for all employees and obtaining work permit for staff;
Ø Manage the administrative work across other departments, prepare required documents for school curriculum, list of employees, rules and regulations of School Policy,( Child Protection Policy);
Ø Update the rules and regulations of the school and help the implementation of the rules;
Ø Oversee administration of human resources, including but not limited to: maintaining personnel files, assisting with recruitments and orientation procedures, purchasing and maintaining adequate health and other insurance policies, etc;
Ø Oversee and manage all aspects of the administration of school to ensure efficient use of time and
resources, and that consistent, high quality admin services support department delivery;
Ø Maintain an inventory and oversee School’s assets, in conjunction with department Managers;
Ø Monitor all letters out for both schools.
Ø Work closely with all departments manager to maintenance the cleanliness of the school (buildings, water and quotation for renovation or new constructions, follow up of the construction);
Ø Facilitate the school events and activities;
Ø To ensure that the school security, food security, hygiene and workplace environment is safe;
Ø Support SP for dealing with the issues in school.
Ø To maintain the strictest confidentiality about children, their families, and other employees both inside and outside the school at all times. This includes not sharing information about our school,
staff or students or being friends with students, parents or family members of students on Facebook or any other social networking site.
Ø Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts: government, ministries, other schools and partners to promote the school.
Ø Other tasks assigned by MD.
Ø At least 5 years experiences in human resource management and administration and law compliance;
Ø Ability in developing and implementing policies, procedures and managing staff performance;
Ø Good communication and presentation skill;
Ø Strong time management skills, ability to work under pressure to deadlines and ability to priorities tasks.
Ø Good management and leadership;
Ø Ability to make sound decisions and judgments;
Ø Ability to be flexible to changing deadlines and work priorities;
Ø Knowledge of international school and hospitality is plus;
Ø Good skills in business operations and administrative affairs;
Ø Knowledge of international school and school operations;

Ø Demonstration of effective verbal, presentation and communications skills;
Ø Ability to work independently, under pressure, and after-hours.
Ø Computer proficient in Ms. Word, Excel, Spreadsheet, PowerPoint, Outlook and the Internet;
