1.To lead and motivate sales team achieve their allocated sales target;
2.To provide guidelines and problem resolution to team member;
3.To maintain and develop relationships with existing and new clients;
4.Self-motivated with minimum supervision, possess an excellent work ethic, and have a commitment to growth in a sales career
5.Good understanding of how sales, marketing, and business development work together to achieve revenue goals.
6.To develop sales plan to ensures company sales goals and profitability;
7.To accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams;
8.To control sales activities, sales promotion and supporting materials to the sales team for proper implementation;
9.To monitor work procedure and performance of sales team which include training and coaching to sales team to increase productivity;
10.To manage and motivate the sales team for aggressive sales growth targets;
11. To review and edit existing sales materials for sales effectiveness;
12.To conduct market survey for market price and competitor;
13.To perform other tasks assigned by superior.
-Bachelor’s degree in Sale & Marketing or related field.
-Minimum 2 years of working experiences in Sale & Marketing, Real Estate industry is advantageous
-Be able to manage multi tasks, result-oriented
-Honest, high commitment and work ethic.
-Able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadline.
-Be able to work with minimum supervision.
-Good communication both in English and Khmer
-Be able to use Ms. Office and good analysis.
