- Job Description
- Provide support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities
- Monitor Employees performance and daily attendance activities.
- Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely Organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire employees.
- Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors and Council on Human resource and work related issues.
- Process for staff movement and foreigner's work permit every year
- Process for Generator, boiler and air-compressor certificate with Ministry of Industry every year
- Verified for any document related.
- To prepare any MEMO issue
- Attend with official inspectors from the Ministry that related
- Created all kind of standard form for payroll and HR Department
- Carry out other tasks involved when necessary
- Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree
- Language: Chinese-English
- At least 5 years experience
- Proficient in Chinese and English
- Be able to lead the team.
