- Job Description
• Engage with marketing strategy and plan in order to grow up the business and involve in any marketing activities to ensure the growth of branding and revenue
• Monitor on weekly monthly actual result compare to plan
• Manage the branch store for profitable business.
• Managing customer associates, brokers...
• Ensure safety is in control
• Control inventories and assets in the store
• Act as the role model to provide the best customer services (sometimes) to support customer officer.
• Solving the system problem occurs with Singapore team
• Maintain good relationship with government officers.
• Approve all loans disburse and collection performance.
• Act as a team leader and inspire the colleagues (sometimes)
• no cash handling,
• procedure with follow up and keep track of existing customers and existing associates, from ex-operation manager to be more familiar and precise
• perform other task be assign by GM/CEO
- Job Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in the field of Business Administration or other equivalent qualification
• Fluency in English in both spoken and written
• Ability to communicate in Chinese is a plus
• Possess 3 years management and/ or supervisory experience in a retail or customer service environment
• Have exceptional customer service skills and enjoy serving the public
• Have strong Leadership skills and experience with Profit & Loss statements
• Strong analytical skill, planning, team work and leadership
• critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Very good command of Computer Knowledge – Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Internet, Email & Typing Skill (English & Khmer)
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work under pressure and long term
