Job Description
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and testing to gain insights into user behavior and preferences, and use
these insights to inform the design of our products.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts
and solutions.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure a consistent and cohesive user
experience across our products.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in graphic design, interaction design, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio of work demonstrating expertise in
designing for web and mobile applications.
- Strong knowledge of design principles and best practices, and experience using design tools such
as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with user research and testing, and the ability to use insights gained from research to
inform design decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate design concepts
and solutions to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- A passion for creating great user experiences and a strong desire to stay up-to-date with the
latest design trends and technologies
