Job Description

  • In charge recruitment and selection
  • HR business partner with professional training centers, universities, both public and private to ensure that there have enough candidates for operational requirement
  • Conduct orientation for new employees 
  • Work with line managers/HOD to ensure that Job Description are up-to-date  
  • Update staff-in and out for NSSF insurers, and other insurers 
  • Work with insurance company for any claim  
  • Manage personnel-related administrative letters & document including employment contract, promotion, resignation, disciplinary action, termination, transfers, absenteeism etc.
  • Maintain of the office supply, work place arrangement, cleaning, safety, first aid, name badge and uniform supply for operational staff (restaurant and kitchen)
  • Prepare monthly operational staff payroll for its accuracy & send to Admin/HR Manager
  • Conduct exit interview to find out reason for staff termination
  • Other tasks as outlined by the management 

Job Requirement

  • Strong negotiation and communication skill
  • Bachelor degree of any fields is required
  • Experience with F&B Industry would be advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written in English is a plus
  • Results driven, self-motivate, high patience and be able to work with tight deadline
  • Positive work attitude, team spirit and honesty
  • Good presentation, leadership and problem solving skill
  • Willing  to learn new thing and very open-minded person
