Job Description

  •  Planning and organizing production schedules.
  •  Assessing project and resource requirements.
  •  Estimating, negotiating and agreeing timescales with managers.
  •  Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.
  •  Determining quality control standards.
  •  Overseeing production processes.
  •  Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary.
  •  Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials as soil, cement and sand.
  •  Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
  •  Build up and control on documentation system of each sections.
  •  Supervising the work of junior staff.
  •  Organizing relevant training sessions.

Job Requirement

  •  Can understand production steps & production flows.
  •  Can check the achievement status of production volume and quality level in comparison to the plan. 
  •  Can judge abnormality (NG) and implement appropriate countermeasures.
  •  Patrol all production lines and find/improve unsafe behaviour & dangerous portion.
  •  Make/Revise Work Procedure Sheet & Operation Manual.
  •  Can understand safety & Quality points.
  •  Can teach and guide operator the work procedures. 
  •  Can show the good example of work procedures and instruct production staff through actual job.
  •  Improve work procedures of production staff. Have enough knowledge about improvement of production process & work efficiency
