Job Description

  • Provide information about services
  • Receive and respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns immediately, and facilitate satisfactory resolution where possible
  • Professionally represent the company’s in serving customers
  • Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face;
  • keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers;
  • Follow up on customers' requests in a timely manner and ensure service standards are met
  • To convert all enquiries into appointments

  • Follow up with Missed Appointments
  • Other tasks assigned by management

Job Requirement

  • Hold Bachelor degree or Master degree in Business Administration or a similar fields;
  • Have one or more years of working experience in real estate/private Company;
  • Good oral and written in English and Chinese, Japanese is a plus
  • Good documentation Skill;
  • Good computer literacy especially MS Office;
  • Good in Communication and Problem Solving skills;
  • High commitment and be able to work under pressure;
