Job Description

Objective 1: Increase Sales of a small Café Shop

  • Surveying the market landscape of Café Shop market viability & and defining the stimulus of the customer touch point
  • Creating, executing and controlling the sales plan
  • Continuously monitor the sales plan executed in response to its scope and budget
  • Crafting Contingency Plan for the set back

· Objective II: Increase Walk-In Customers of Restaurant & Beer Garden

  • Surveying the market landscape of Restaurant & Beer Garden market viability & and defining the stimulus of the customer touch point
  • Creating, executing and controlling the sales plan of the of Restaurant & Beer Garden
  • Continuously monitor the marketing plan executed in response to its scope and budget
  • Crafting Plan B for the set back

· Objective III: Market the commercial property available for rent

  • Understanding the potential clients for commercial property available
  • Market the rental services to them

· Objective VI: Market the services offer by 4-Star hotel & spa in Siem Reap in distance.

  • Market the services of hotel and spa available in Siem Reap to corporate’s clients in Phnom Penh
  • Building strong and enthusiastic relation with corporation in Phnom Penh & other major provinces as needed
  • Providing feedback and contingency plan for the business

· Objective V: Other tasks assigned by top management, CEO, Head Consultant, Head Business Development

  • Reporting to the above top management team
  • Collaborating with HR & Admin & Accounting for any necessary
  • Other tasks

Job Requirement

Education

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Advertising/Business Administration

Knowledge

  • Digital Marketing & Direct Selling Channels Management in Hospitality
  • Training or self-learning courses
  • Event Planning & Execution
  • Corporate Sales Execution

Experiences

  • At least 2 years experiences in sales and marketing of F&B /Hotel & Spa/Restaurant Marketing & Sales
  • Experience in commercial property management/rental is a plus
