• To manage activities to achieve the sales targets set by the company
• To identify and qualify opportunities within your territory, pursue conversion of qualified leads to customer solutions with subscription based revenue
• To develop positive, active, ongoing relations and communications with assigned customers
• Highly professional preparation of any time of customers approaching
• Carefully and strictly on new customer recruitment profile to ensure about the payment collection security
• To do the regular report on the customer visiting, sales performance and other feedback to be incorporated into the company's strategies of sales improvement plan
• Proficient on last version of Product Knowledge and other related information (i.e. promotion)
• Do the other tasks as per assigned.
• Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineer or Business Administration
• At least 2-year-experience on sales & marketing skill
• With some experiences in the Construction industry
• Design & Engineer

• High Critical Thinking, High Problem Solving, Able to work as team.
• Able to work under pressure.
