Senior Channel / Partner Sales Manager

Job Description

  • Responsible for achieving a monthly sales number from an assigned team who sell through their Channel Partners
  • Coach and develop Partner Managers from a defined sales territory
  • Work with Partner Manager’s and their Sales Partners under our National Master Agent Program to generate new sales revenue
  • Attend sales calls with team members and their channel partners to present and assist in closing Crown Castle opportunities with end-users
  • Assist Partner Managers and Sales Partners with escalations
  • include being in the field 3 to 4 days per week meeting and visiting partners / End Customers
  • Maintain detailed sales forecasts both weekly and quarterly
  • Travel as required according to business needs
