Job Description

  • Prepare BIG’s & CMT’s timeline, guideline and expectation for BPM to circulate to planning stakeholders
  • Assist BPM to consolidate and review full set of financial statement to ensure that underlying assumptions align with BIG’s and CMT’s
  • Prepare SBP and BP deck and ensure that they are submitted to CFOBPM as per internal timeline  
  • Assist BPM to consolidate BP slides for GM to present to BIG’s SLT
  • Ensure that new period’s standard costing is released on time as per SAP’s timeline
  • Work closely with FI team to make sure month end closing process smoothly
  • Ensure that current capex governance is strict adhered
  • Liaise with other department/BIG’s capital management team to ensure that RFA is approved on time so that business operation is not interrupted
  • Prepare RFA status report which will assist CMT to make decision on capex spend
  • Regularly conduct training on capex process to internal stakeholder so that they are fully understand about and comply with governance.
  • Standardize data, information management, policy and procedures standards.
  • Maximize system capabilities and leverage SAP 

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Banking.
  • At least 3-4-year professional experience in costing, budgeting, reporting  
  • Good in MS, Excel, Quick Book, Internet & Email
  • Travel mostly in Asian countries for training/workshop
  • Good communication and solving problem
  • English language will be required as this job mostly involve with top management and group office who the majority are expat
