Job Description

  • Manage Key Account customer within assign territory to ensure they are handle all portfolio & healthy profitable
  • Ensure order generation are made on time, in full to all Key Account Customers (Hyper, Super, CVS, Petrol, QSR, FSR, Shopping Mall, Horeca, Cinema, Casino, and airport F&B)
  • Execute Key Account picture of success as per alignment with Customer and National Account Manager/NKAM
  • Review Key Account Customer stock holding standard and manage FIFO
  • Ensure 100% delivery is met customer satisfaction
  • Activate new local account customer (no store chain/none-group account)

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree of Sales & Marketing or related field.
  • 3 years’ experiences in Sales, Customer management, Account development (FMCG Company)
  • Experiences in team management & client management with a strong interpersonal skill
  • Problem solving skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong commitment and able to work under pressure
  • Able to travel frequently
  • Knowledge of Window office
  • Good English speaking & Chinese proficiency
