Job Description
  • Installation and maintenance of production and other equipment, including coordination with vendors, other departments within the facility and other Laurelton locations around the globe.
  • Contact & co-ordinate with local & foreign suppliers to order the components, parts for assembling new machinery.
  • Order complete new machines & equipment when needed.
  • Closely co-ordinate with the Engineering Managers in Laurelton Antwerp and Laurelton Vietnam for any technical support. 
  • Facilities maintenance management including, but not limited to; routine maintenance of air-conditioning, security, electrical, access and other systems; incoming and outgoing water systems, drainage and plumbing; interior and exterior painting; building repairs and maintenance and; the upkeep of grounds and external areas.
  • Development and implementation of ongoing maintenance schedules and preventative maintenance programs.
  • Continuous improvement of existing technology and production processes either through the adoption of new techniques or development of existing technology.
  • Ensure scaife reconditioning is performed to company standards and within acceptable timescales.
  • Train staff in the use of the equipment that is delivered to the diamond processing areas. Work to establish feedback loops to ensure that all design improvements are carried out based on the comments of users and maintenance technicians.
  • Responsible for the management and development of the engineering staff within the company and assess their performance and develop them as necessary.
  • Provide technical support to engineering staff within Laurelton Cambodia and where appropriate to other worldwide locations.
  • Ensuring compliance with Company environmental Policies.
  • Ensuring compliance with Company health and safety policies.
  • Additional duties as needed and commensurate with the position and level of responsibility.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Fluent in Auto Cad ( 2D and 3D) and Autodesk inventor
  • Ability to teach, give a lecture
  • Be  creative
  • Be fond of production job
  • Fluent in English is an advantage
  • Be honest, enthusiastic, dynamic, high-precision.
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office and Excels
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong consultative service skills.
  • Must be organized, detail oriented, a self-starter, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to work under high pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, follow-up, problem solving and creative thinking skills.
  • Have strong experienced on manufacturing process
  • 5 years experiences
  • University degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineer
  • Relating Certificate
