Job Description
- Developing existing systems by analyzing and identifying areas for modification on various operating systems
- Maintaining and troubleshooting system by monitoring, identifying and correcting system defects
- Prepare ERP system documentation: User Requirement Collection Document, System Design Document, System Architecture Document, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Document, and System Manual
- Conduct system user training if necessary
- Troubleshoot the system issue and support
- Perform other tasks assigned by manager
