Job Description
- Provide end user training make sure that user log a call for IT assistance
- Make sure calls are closed within SLA
- Keep user updated on regular basis on the status
- Make sure that all IT equipment are current – Inventory Update
- Remove computer account from AD when EOL
- Keep user account updated (Add/delete users when recruited and resigned)
- Conduct training and enforce information security awareness to the users on yearly basis.
- Ensure 100% compliance to company Security requirements.
- Load and remove that tape to the library
- Ensure backup jobs run succeed
- Ensure that all backs ups are run and if required reinstall any lost or corrupt data
- Log calls to DD for any issues and troubleshoot site backup with them
- Proactively in issue resolution
- Take responsibility for larger parts of an installation, fixing technical problems of a complex nature, as well as problem management.
- Be responsible for all desktop/laptop support for users
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree computer science or related areas an advantage
- Minimum 2 years’ experience infrastructure management
- Good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Good attention to detail, testing and documentation
- Proven ability to work in a cloud based or hosting environment
- Proven track record with hosted desktop and published applications
- Ability to maintain good working relationships with third party service providers and vendors
- Strong oral and written communication skills
