Job Description
- Monitor and coordinate with DD & team to ensure all sites system infrastructure availability & performance of all Business Systems.
- Ensuring that all company network and physical security policies are followed in relation to the infrastructure.
- Ensure Service Levels are aligned to Business objectives
- Design and Implementation of new infrastructure systems or improve existing systems to support business growth objectives
- Developing and maintaining IT policies and procedures as per KO standard
- Conduct training and enforce information security awareness to the users on yearly basis.
- Ensure 100% compliance to company Security requirements.
- Check site backup daily and ensure backup jobs run succeed for all sites
- Log calls to DD for any issues and troubleshoot site backup with them
- Developing and maintaining policies and procedures

- Setup clearly defined team performance objectives in line with overall functional objectives
- Ensure setting up right checks and balance to meets the agreed incident, problem and request SLA’s
- Develop Team capability for agreed projects and manage team resources to ensure on time deliver these projects
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree computer science or related areas an advantage
- 5 - 7 years’ experience infrastructure management
- Good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Strong English skills required to manage international vendors
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
