Job Description

  • Manage the sales team, develop a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promote the company’s branding through company’s events, external events, networking and sales promotion activities.
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies and lead sales personnel (soft & hard service sales team) towards the achievement of corporate sales objectives.
  • Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes and other company’s activities between the Sales Department and other concerned Departments particularly F&A, Marketing & BD Department and PR team. Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy in the sales team planning efforts.
  • Monitor and follow up the performance of sales team on a regular basis. Provide high standards of ongoing training for the sales team to ensure they possess sufficient operational and technical knowledge to present information on the company’s products/services in an accurate and balanced manner.
  • Responsible for the planning, recruitment, direction, and company and control of sales managers, sales supervisor and sales executives to accomplish specific objectives.
  • Ensure profitable results through the team’s motivation, coaching, counselling, skill development and product/service knowledge development while comparing sales results to targets and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary.
  • Manage the sales administration function including operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
  • Ensure the CRM is being recorded and monitored effectively and issues resolved in a timely manner.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Chief Operation Officer.

Job Requirement

  • Must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in related field. Advanced degree and/or industry certifications and designations are preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant leadership experience in a commercial real estate management company.
  • Must have a good working knowledge of commercial building mechanical and building systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Must be well organized, detail oriented and can manage workload efficiently. The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in oral and written English. Knowledge of other languages an advantage
  • Ability to use Ms Office, outlook, internet and other related applications.
  • Be flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels.
