Job Description

*Duties and Responsibilities: 


-Supervises candidates’ recruitment and hiring process including assisting in newcomers registrations

-Assist Recruitment section by providing forms on time and developing process


-Supervises employees’ training and ensure adequate development to employees

-Compensation & Benefits

-Follow and ensure appropriate Annual Leaves to employees

-Supervises Finger Print Scan and Report

understand and communication about allowances and benefits

-Build and maintains the positive and influencing relationship between employees 

-Checks and provide positive environment to employees

-Analyses and support C&B section by sharing any idea


-Processes new hire, transfer,resignation and termination requests in payroll

reviews time sheet processing for both full time and part time employees/teachers

-Be responsible for data entry and filing for application tracking

-Understands Bonus and Overtime issues for employees

-Maintains and updates employees and human files

*Customer Services

-Be responsible for Receptionists for handling customers’ needs, inquiries and requests

-Understands clearly about school information, school fees and promotion to make sure -we deliver the right information to customers

-Handles complaints efficiently and politely

-Follows daily operations with receptionists and prepare reports to school principal

-Supervises and collaborate with all staff to make sure that they follow Eco Policies and processes

-Performs other duties as assigned

*Marketing & Communication

-Creates, develops and implements effective communication and marketing for the school

-Update the school website and all external tools( Facebook, LinkedIn….) under the supervision of the school Director

-Works closely with Admin to operate school events ( Halloween Party, Christmas Party, School Fair, PTC…..)

-Supervises and collaborate with all the staff to make sure that they follow ECo policies and processes

-Performs other duties as assigned

*Highest Priority

-Coordinates all daily HR operations within the school 

-Follows and improves all HR issues for the school

-Coordinates and suggests recommendations for school

provide communication network to Eco

-Handles hospitality work for ECo

*Decision making Authorities

-Acts as one of the leaders of the school to implement an effective internal HR operation

-Coordinates in preparing tasks to all staff under his supervision

-Makes sure to provide an effective school environment to people

orders & follows all HR needs based on actual demand & budget approved and concurred from school Director

-Considers over HR operating activities, based on the budget approved

-Consider over HR operating work with school Director


Job Requirement

*Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:



-Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources and Management

*Work Experience:

-Minimum of 2 years experience in HR

-Computer knowledge (Ms.Office, Internet & Email, Ms.Project)


-Good English Proficiency

-Technical Competencies and Skills

-High level of diplomacy & confidentiality required

-Good knowledge of HR management

-Need to say focused and organized with all HR issues and team

-Leadership and Communication skills Personality Qualities

-Strong organizational, communication, report writing, decision making, conflict solving & facilitating skills & good interpersonal skills

-Demonstrate ability to work independently,trustworthily, collaboratively

-Being able to quickly solve the issue is required
