Job Description

Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.

Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management

Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

Create, update personnel records on databases.

Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary

Following up attendance, prepare payroll twice a month.

Manage personnels assigned by managements.

Compile, submit NSSF monthly payments

Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Fluent in English (Good in Chinese is an advantage) and Khmer

Able to deal with workers and other personnel confrontation accordingly and resolve matters professionally.

Other ad hoc duties assigned by general manager.

Job Requirement

Proven experience as an HR/office administrator, office assistant or relevant role

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Excellent organizational, attention to details.

Familiarity with office management procedures

Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management softwar3

Knowledgable in Audit requirements as to set policies and uphold standards in factory.

Good knowledge on Labor Law

Organize, good time management, analytical on situations.

Able to identify issues and severity and bring forward to management.
