Job Description

  • Ensure, promote, and maintain a high standard of professional recruitment and onboarding practices (screening, pre-interview, interview, testing, reference check, exist interview, etc.)
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation/induction to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
  • Prepare and issue employment contracts, letter of offer, conflict of business interest, and non-disclosure agreement to new employees
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and programs, seeking best practices and continuous improvement in Human Resources/Admin and the company
  • Work with Group HRM to drive HR process and performance management/performance appraisal
  • Involve with disciplinary and grievance procedures, as well as responsible for investigating and responding to problems, enquiries and complaints
  • Monitor career-path program, employee relations, industrial relation, counseling, employee safety and welfare (hospitality, cleanliness and security)
  • Assist Group HRM in maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
  • Assist Group HRM in the compensation and benefit programs by maintaining a pay plan and conducting pay survey and job evaluation
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Organize and control all activities of the department, as well as participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems with HRM
  • Work with Group HRM to assist training and development, evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and programs for the purpose of determining whether changes need to be made to ensure appropriate skills development
  • Manage company payroll administration (payroll preparation)
  • Oversee and comply with personnel record keeping procedures (e.g. maintaining personnel files in hard and soft copies for the purpose of ensuring compliance with established guidelines)
  • Train other HR/Admin Officers (e.g. processes, procedures, protocols and policies) for the purpose of ensuring that best employment practices are followed.
  • Work with a team on various HR issues and respond to the needs within the company
  • Audits monthly report prepared by HR/Admin Officers for the purpose to ensure consistency and to ensure that errors are kept to a minimum and secure before sending to Group HR Manager
  • Ensure effective and appropriate policies and procedures are followed (e.g. processing of personnel actions, including new hires, transfers, promotions, termination, and completion of state reports) for the purpose of being timely, accurate, legal and meeting organizational objective
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by Group HRM for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the department.

Job Requirement

  • University Degree or relevant professional qualification (Master is preferred)
  • At least 2 years experiences in Human Resource management and development
  • Very good of English language both verbal and written
  • Understanding of basic HR practices and principles
  • Ability to work with all level of people
