1- Provide administrative support to the Corporate Affairs Manager.
2- Assist to coordinate key meetings and events including the Annual General Meeting.
3- Assist with the management of bequests.
4- Ensure compliance to privacy and freedom of information legislation.
5- Respond to privacy and freedom of information inquiries.
6- Provide administrative support to other Senior Managers as required.
7- Continuous review of processes to improve efficiency.
8- Sorting and allocating incoming paper and electronic mail
9- Organizing and filing documents
10- Managing schedules
11- Arranging travel
12- Preparing memos, correspondence, spreadsheets, and presentations
13- Supervising lower-level employees
14- Training new staff members
|- Bachelor in Business, Administration or Management
- Experience in a corporate governance or senior administrative role.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- High level written and verbal communications skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office suite computer skills.
- Knowledge of Board/Committee/Annual General Meeting processes
- Knowledge of bequest management processes would be highly regarded.
- Ability to handle confidential information in a sensitive and discrete manner.
- Proven ability to work to deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Strong team membership with an ability to work independently.
- An active listener in order to comprehend required duties and quickly understand the best method for completing them.
