Job Description


  • Overseeing the Overall of the company ensure all work (project, sites) are following the company policy and goals.
  • creates, communicates, and implements the company's vision, mission, and overall direction and strategies;
  • Leads, guides, directs, and evaluates the work of direct reporting staff, including Operation, quality assurance, and operational team to ensure a high level of customer satisfactory, and productivity of the company;
  • Reports to the Chairman in relation to the progress of Departments against strategic plan.


General responsibilities

  • Develop clear and marketing strategy that achieve company annual sales /profit.
    Strategic Management skills (Planning, Financial, Analysis, Business development) are required
  • Ability in project management and in developing project plans, coordinate projects, communicate changes and progress, complete projects in time and budget, manage project team activities
  • Prepare an annual business plan and be responsible to meet the forecasted budget, cash flow and profit.
  • Develop new business opportunities
  • Manage business risk throughout all aspects of the company’s activities.
  • Develop business relationships with strategic partners.
  • Develop internal systems, procedures and practices in line with the group standards and designed to continuality enhance the efficiency of the company’s activities
  • Ensure that throughout all areas of the company’s activities such as business development, project planning finance, etc. are well coordinated to ensure that the management system...
  • Provide training and development performance evaluation and appraisals to the company staff to enhance qualifications, motivations and belonging to the company (people are the assets).
  • Promote a friendly climate, good morale and cooperation
  • Create strong team spirit
  • Ensure business processes, tools, and internal controls to support operations.
  • Assume responsibility for ensuring business compliance with company corporate initiatives and guidelines, including environmental, health and safety and accounting procedures.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor or Master in Management, Economic, sales/marketing or related field
  • 5 Years experience in a GM role
  • Client Management
  • Demonstrated success in project management and team execution 
  • Experience of working in Housing Complex Development
  • Excellent communications skills in English
  • A good people manager who can motivate his staff and himself.
  • Strong team-building and managerial skills
