Job Description

  • Sourcing potential suppliers in local and international to ensure assortment is needed according to current trend.
  • Negotiating with supplier for the best term and condition in order to achieve the margin according to company
  • target.
  • Managing the performance of a defined product category effectively in terms of pricing, promotion, products
  • assortment, quality of products, planning and allocation.
  • Follow the market trends to increase the sales and profits
  • Analyzing and evaluate the market to identify customer’s needs and product/range opportunities and make
  • demand plan
  • Prepare for purchase order to supplier both local and oversea
  • Follow up with suppliers for prompt delivery, quality, and quantity according to requirement.
  • Check product display to attract the customer
  • Answering all the queries of the customers in order to gain in depth knowledge about the customers and their
  • demands
  • Maintain and access the accuracy and up-to-date order/return history by designated vendor including timing
  • and manner of placing orders and/or processing returns
  • Keep checking accuracy and up-to-date pricing and product information
  • Do inventories control at warehouse
  • Make plan and do transfer inventory to other store
  • Other duties as assigned by Management

Job Requirement

  • University Degree in or recognized professional qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • Good in Microsoft office and other system is advantage
  • Ability to garther and analyse data and to work with figures
  • Experience at least 4 years in purchasing for both local and oversea
  • Good Khmer and English both verbal and written.
  • Understand about shipping procedure and warehouse control
  • Knowledge in Grocery or retail business is an advantage.
  • Good in communication, interpersonal skill and good time management.
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple demands, work under time pressures, and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to be open, to learn, and to take on new responsibilities
  • Ability to follow through on systems and procedures
  • Able to work rotate shift and weekend or holiday.
