Job Description

  • Assist the Recruitment Unit Manager (RUM) in human resources planning and recruiting manpower as required;
  • Assist in determining job descriptions and qualifications requirements for the positions ​to be recruited;
  •  Arrange for announcement of the vacant positions within NHF to the public to attract applicants;
  • Coordinate schedule and arrange for the venue for recruitment interview;
  • Assist in reference check and preparing the reference check sheet for seeking approval;
  • Assist in coordination of issuing the job offer for successful recruitment interview candidate;
  • Assist for submission of all successful recruitment candidate and completed document for TOA by personnel unit;
  • Administer procedural compliance of employees’ information and all requirements of employment;
  • Validate all required documents for employment and assist the newly recruited employees in the process of furnishing those requirements;
  • Conduct the reference checks to ensure that the selected candidate is clear from involvement of any illegal act or misbehavior in his/her previous job;
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures on recruitment;
  • Negotiate with candidates on compensation and benefits as may deem necessary;
  • Assist for directly contact to universities, recruitment agents and all NHF branches for finding new recruitment;
  • Represent of RUM to join the career fair, recruitment event and recruitment promotion outside the office or by NHF branches;
  • Assist for filing and keeping all potential candidate or list for future recruitment
  • Responsible for filing and keeping all recruitment correspondents;
  • Perform other tasks related to recruitment or employment as may be assigned by the RUM and/or SHRM

Job Requirement

  • At least has 1-year experience in the field recruitment work
  • Holding a bachelor degree of Human Recourses, Management or Business Administration
  • Computer literate, good people skill, good overall and written communication skill
