Job Description

  • Ø Initiate & conduct market development plan for the assigned products as per the product development strategies to achieve the annual budget.  
  • Ø Prepare marketing and strategy plan.
  • Ø Brand expansion and growth.
  • Ø Plan & implement promotional materials &  programs
  • Ø Plan & conduct / support Sale Force to organize exhibition, road shows etc.;
  • Ø Prepare annual budget & monitor A&P expenses against the approved annual budget effectively.
  • Ø Target customers and provide supports to Sale Force for approaching customers;  
  • Ø Handle customer’s complains about the assigned products.
  • Ø Go on field for key customers visit with sale force team frequently to maintain and strengthen good customer relationship.

Job Requirement

  • Ø MBA (Marketing)  
  • Ø Minimum 03 years work experience in similar role in a reputed organisation.
  • Ø Prior experience of handling personal care products will be an added advantage
  • Ø Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Ø Proficiency in MS Office.
